Masha is the granddaughter of “The Skydiving Secretary,” the daughter of a career housekeeper, and a lifelong private service professional experienced at the highest levels of global service. Her work is intended to provide insight, information and steadfast care to clients, families, domestic workers, private service professionals, and anyone interested in supporting positive uplift in society, the home and the workplace.

Hi, I’m the founder here.
Born into a multi-generational family of private service professionals, with nearly two decades spent working inside the environments that I now staff for, I understand the operational realities behind private service, not just the optics.
Over the years, through firsthand experience and ongoing conversations within the industry, I’ve seen a clear pattern emerge. Both highly capable private service professionals, and hiring parties are often guided through recruitment processes by people who lack meaningful experience inside the environments they are staffing. That distance shows up as missed nuance, misaligned expectations, roles that are never clearly or realistically defined, and compliance gaps often overlooked.
The result is predictable; candidates set up to fail, employers left without their expectations properly met, and repeated searches driven by avoidable and expensive turnover. I built The Anti-Agency, because I don’t agree with that model. This firm was created to support thoughtful recruitment and lifestyle solutions meant to last; grounded in real experience, clear communication, and respect.
Everything here runs through me, from start to finish. By my side is Sylvi Bell, my Kuvasz and the true heart of this office. She serves as my personal Chief of Security, and reserves the right to join any Zoom call she considers fun.
From Introduction To Legacy
In 1967, a single introduction changed the course of rock history. My father introduced Tommy Bolin to Barry Fey, catalyzing Bolin’s rise through Zephyr, The James Gang and Deep Purple. That moment wasn’t about a referral. It was about judgment, timing, and knowing who belonged in the room.
