A Different Kind of Placement Process.
Built from lived experience inside domestic and private service environments, with a clear understanding of how this industry actually operates. Not just on paper, but in practice. That perspective shapes how roles are evaluated, how expectations are set, and how candidates are represented here. Candidates can expect transparency, thoughtful placement decisions, and a process intended to respect their time, and celebrate their skillset.

Are you exceptional?
We would like to hear from you.
We work with individuals who take their profession seriously, bring a clear sense of responsibility to their role, and have at least three years of relevant experience supported by strong, verifiable references.
The Anti-Agency is dedicated to strengthening protections for professionals across the industry. An optional, anonymous form is available for those working in domestic and private service to share experiences related to workplace conditions, industry practices, and worker protections. Because this work often takes place in private settings, concerns can be difficult to document or report without collective input. Your perspective helps identify patterns and supports efforts to improve industry standards.
Participation is completely voluntary and is not part of any job application or placement process. Sharing your experience will not influence your candidacy for any role now or in the future.
